Year End Awards (YEA)

Option #3 Pay Out a Little More $ and Give out smaller prizes. 
Open; 1st minimum of $100 and Buckle, 2nd Breast Collar, 3rd Jackets any lower only if we have funds available.
Youth; 1st minimum of $50 and Buckle, 2nd Breast Collar, 3rd Jackets, any lower only if we have funds available.
 
Jackpot: $20 Open, 11 Youth

YEA/Office supplies $3 open/ $3 youth
totaling $25 open / $17 youth

Keep in mind;
Sponsorship money goes to awards.
 
****Option 2 will not go into effect until Jan 1, 2009.****  We have already had 5 out of 18 shows and that wouldn't be fair for those who are already thinking that there points go to something.
 
 
 
SOOOO if we want awards, EVERYONE will need to get SPONSORS!!!!
 
We will no longer be able to offer Sponsorship price. (after Jan 09)  Everybody will have to pay $25 open and $17 youth.

If you want Year End Awards (YEA) we need to get sponsors!!!  EVERY member will be required to get $75per person or $200 a family, sponsorship/fund raisiers, if you want to be eligible for YEA.  This money needs to be  TURNED IN BY AUGUST 1, 2009 in order to receive YEA.  ALL sponsor money must be turned in to  KS06, to be used for awards. 
Keep in mind that you will also need to attend 8 shows and work 3 hours during the year.
